I used Leah Stewart and LOVED her cake!! It was beautiful. She really helps you create your cake specifically to your tastes.
I decided to go with The Sugar Woods. I met with Mary-Carmel, and she was so nice. Her cakes were all beautiful, and the samples that I tried were amazing. I also met with Melanie Gunn. Her cakes were okay, not as good as Sugar Woods.
We used Leah Stewart from Gallery House. She made a groom's cake for the rehearsal dinner and it looked so good! We had a four tiered wedding cake and every bit was one by the end of the night. She was very helpful and had some great ideas when we met with her.
We used Leah Stewart also. The cake tasting was great. However, the wedding cake itself was dry and still half frozen. We were not happy with it at all. I brought this to her attention, and got no response. I do not recommend her. I had tried Heitzman's the day before, and still to this day, wish I had went with Heitzmans instead.
